Compilation of Podcasts, etc.

I realized I had not done a good job of collecting info on how people can listen to ideas I'm swimming in. So, briefly:

I've also had numerous conversations with other podcasters. Here are important ones from Che Webster's "Role Play Rescue" Podcast.

Enjoy.

Hi Daniel, Your articles / podcast really resonates with what I'm looking for in the ttrpg space, and has inspired me to start running a primeval setting of my own. Are there any books / films / media etc you'd recommend for further inspiration and helping "get in the tone"? Thanks! Luke

Hi, Luke.

Glad you're enjoying them. I'd say you can get a lot by reading books like Bernard Cornwell's "Stonehenge: 2000 B.C." and "Winter King", paying attention to how the characters view the world, fate, gods, etc. My favorite book is Tolkien's Silmarillion, and delving into that helps as well.

When my system is published I dedicate large sections to generating this kind of Fantasy world.

Thanks,

Daniel

Hello Daniel,

I have enjoyed your conversations with Che and have started watching your videos

Are the rules to your game available anywhere?

Also - I too am a big McGilchrist fan. Just finished The Matter With Things last week!
